By using the service of the e-Payment from Thai Airways at this web site, you agree to accept the clauses for terms of use as detailed below, as well as the privacy policy which the Thai Airways adopts and publishes for its service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Thai Airways and its business partners, staff and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, related to either your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the e-Payment services.

Governing Law

The Terms of Use agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Inapplicability of any Bank Account Agreement: Thai Airways is NOT a financial institution and does not issue credit, debit, check, payment cards or bank accounts of any type of nature. Your credit, debit, check, payment cards or bank accounts relationship is with an issuing bank or financial institution, and not with Thai Airways. Any and all questions or issues regarding your credit, debit, check, payment cards or bank accounts should be directed to the bank or financial institution that issued your card, and not to Thai Airways. While Thai Airways likewise has a relationship with your bank or financial institution, that relationship does not pertain to individual payment accounts.

Age And Responsibility

You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the e-Payment service and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of e-Payment service. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of the e-Payment service by you and those authorized by you to use your financial Data, your password or other verification information.

Your Personal Information

You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining your personal information such as bank account number, Tax ID number, address, which may be required to provide in the use of the e-Payment service, under strict security and confidentiality. Thai Airways shall handle the information by following the Thai Airways privacy policy for this service, and Thai Airways shall not be liable or made responsible for any claim of loss or compromising of any of your personal information.

No responsibility of handling enquiry or complaint: Thai Airways does not bear any relation to the issuing bank of your payment instrument. Thai Airways shall neither receive nor provide any response to any enquiry, complaint, or request of information from you with regards to your banking transactions in relation to the online purchase and use of the e-Payment service. Thai Airways shall only provide response to enquiries from the banks in accordance to their respective agreement to Thai Airways with regards to the use of Thai Airways service.

Thai Airways shall not be liable for any claim of loss or damage due to chargeback or fraud transaction arising from your bank cards or bank accounts after you have accessed or used the e-Payment service. The Thai Airways e-Payment service handles all user information and data in accordance which the privacy policy and is compliant with the applicable industrial standards.
